Our Approach For Chiropractic Care
Most people seek Chiropractic Care because they are in pain. They are often worried that they have a “pinched nerve.”
The good news is that often a “pinched nerve” is actually an irritated or inflamed nerve.
This happens when the bones, joints, or muscles of the spine are not in their proper position or are not moving properly. This condition is called a “subluxation,” the treatment of which is the primary focus of Chiropractic Care.
Subluxations are corrected through a Chiropractic Adjustment. Elevation Health Doctors are skilled in multiple techniques which include both traditional “hands-on” adjustments as well as more modern instrument-based adjusting.
Once a subluxation is corrected, the muscles attached to that bone may need to be stretched, strengthened, or retrained to maintain the corrected posture. How long the problem has been there is usually the biggest factor in determining how long it will take to correct your problem.
What makes us unique is our attention to detail. We don’t leave anything to chance.
It is very important that the cause of any form of pain is properly diagnosed. This is especially important when nerves are affected since severe or long-term irritation, or compression, of a nerve can lead to permanent nerve damage.
This is why your consultation with us is highly specific to you and you alone.
By looking over your medical history as well as talking to you in person, Dr. Joe will determine what tests and assessments need to take place in order to get the best results possible.
Here at Elevation Health DeBary, we do not rely on guesswork to help get you out of pain.
Instead, Dr. Joe relies on two key factors to deliver results: his training and experience in alleviating physical pain as well as state-of-the-art, high-tech equipment he can use to pinpoint problems accurately and design the best program of care for you.
All of these tests will happen in your initial consultation with us.
Once you leave your consultation, you will be scheduled for a free follow-up appointment. This gives the Doctor time to review the results and determine if you are a good candidate for our treatment. On your follow-up visit, Dr. Joe will walk you through your case in detail and answer any questions you may have. If you are a good candidate for treatment, you can choose to start your first treatment that same day! (Charges for any treatment will be explained prior to the treatment being performed.)

Featured Patient Testimonial
“I had suffered with headaches and migraines since a teenager. I had suffered with neck and back pain for the last 10 years. I’ve been to regular doctors, internal doctors, neurologists, massage therapist. I’ve done heat and ice therapy. I’ve done essential oils. I literally had done it all and was at my wits end! Thank God I finally found Elevation Health and Dr. Joe. I never met a Doctor who was more thorough and knowledgeable than him…
I had officially been diagnosed with anxiety disorder, chronic migraines, ulcerative colitis, and endometriosis. I have been told by other doctors I could have multiple sclerosis, lupus, or a host of other autoimmune disorders. My blood showed inflammation, but they just kept throwing pills and muscle relaxers at me with no resolutions. Dr. Joe took a thorough physical examination and x-rays. He spent more than an hour explaining how my spine worked with the rest of my body. What he told me that day literally explained almost every physical symptom I had with the numerous other diagnoses…
After only 3 visits for adjustments, my pain has been cut into 1/3 which is more than any medication has ever done. Until you’ve been through the pain you don’t know what that means. It’s literally changing my life and I would definitely recommend that anyone and everyone go see Dr. Joe.” – Melanie
